What is Valwood Christian Leadership Coaching?

Hollifield Leadership Center offers Christian Coach Training that provides a solid foundation for Christian leaders – both in ministry and in the marketplace – to learn coaching skills and a process for leading others using a coach-approach.

Since 2001, we have had the pleasure of training hundreds of ministry and marketplace professionals, scores of whom have pursued professional coach credentialing and have obtained their ACC and/or PCC credentialing with the International Coach Federation via the Portfolio Application.

Bottom line: our coach training is Christ-centered in character,  world-class in quality, and is delivered by experienced trainers who are both professional and personal.

Coaching is a skilled approach for helping leaders and organizations find solutions and take actions to quickly move forward into and toward all that God has called them.

Coaches use six core skills in this process of discovery and action, which are taught through the Valwood Christian Leadership Coaching Program at Hollifield Leadership Center. (Click here to download "How Coaching can Change Your Life").

We have partnered with Coach Approach Ministries (www.CA-Ministries.com) to provide this leading edge training for Christian leaders who desire to be at the forefront of helping others move forward in their life, work, and faith.

At the core of Valwood Christian Leadership Coaching are ten courses designed to help participants learn a coaching mindset, skillset, and process for walking alongside others. These ten courses begin with the the basics of coaching and move through more advanced topics to help coaches grow in their competency.

All of the coach training courses offered by Valwood and Coach Approach Ministries are designed to be in alignment with the International Coach Federation's standards for coach training. In addition, each course can be applied toward Valwood Christian Leadership Coach Certification OR Coach Approach Ministries' Certificate in Leadership Coaching.
