What is Valwood Christian Leadership Coaching?

For the  past ten years Valwood Leadership Center has offered Christian Coach Training that provided a solid foundation for Christian leaders – both in ministry and in the marketplace – to learn coaching skills and a process for leading others using a coach-approach.

For the remainder of  2012 we have partnered with Coach Approach Ministries (www.CA-Ministries.com) to provide this leading edge training for Christian leaders who desire to be at the forefront of helping others move forward in their life, work, and faith.

At the core of this  coach training are ten courses designed to help participants learn a coaching mindset, skillset, and process for walking alongside others. These ten courses begin with the the basics of coaching and move through more advanced topics to help coaches grow in their competency.

All of the coach training courses offered by Hollifield Leadership Center and Coach Approach Ministries are designed to be in alignment with the International Coach Federation's standards for coach training.
