What is Valwood Christian Leadership Coaching? Coaching is a skilled approach for helping leaders and congregations find solutions and take actions to journey toward their full Kingdom potential. Coaches use four basic skills in this process of discovery and accomplishment, which are taught through the VALWOOD Christian Leadership Coaching Certification process at Hollifield Leadership Center through Lake Hickory Learning Communities. VALWOOD Christian Leadership Coaching is a highly structured, biblically grounded process aimed at providing the tools to 21st century Christian leaders to enable them to help congregations "be" and "do" those things to which God has called them.
