What is Valwood Christian Leadership Coaching?
Coaching is a skilled approach for helping leaders and congregations find solutions and take actions to quickly move forward into and toward all that God has called them.

VALWOOD Christian Leadership Coaching is a highly structured, biblically grounded process aimed at providing the tools to 21st century Christian leaders to enable them to help congregations and their leaders "be" and "do" those things to which God has called them. Hollifield Leadership Center has partnered with Coach Approach Ministries (www.CA-Ministries.com) to provide this leading edge certification for clergy and lay leaders who desire to be at the forefront of Christian leadership.
