November 3-5 The Language of Coaching  This learning experience introduces the concepts of metaphor, storytelling, and formulas to promote discovery. Participants will learn to recognize distinctions, yellow flag words, and how to synthesize the other person's words for the benefit of the other person. Working with volunteers is definitely an art, and it is an indispensable ability in children's ministry. Gather your children's leadership team together to learn from Willow Creek's resident experts. Everyone has an important part to play in building a happy and healthy volunteer team! The details of mentor coaching from certified coaches will be introduced along with a process ot actively begin using a coach approach on the job as well as in actual coaching sessions.
